Tecumseh

Tecumseh is a male Golden Eagle that hatched on April 28, 1980 at the Topeka Zoo in Kansas. He was later sent to the Akron Zoo in Ohio, where he lived a relatively uneventful life in an aviary exhibit. On April 25, 1995, he was sent to the American Eagle Foundation's education, breeding, and rehabilitation center in Pigeon Forge, TN.
Today Tecumseh is one of the stars of the “Wings of America” bird of prey show at Dollywood theme park in Pigeon Forge, TN. Tecumseh has also traveled around the United States educating people at various environmental programs.
